Below is the verbatim transcript of SN Subrahmanyan's interview on CNBC-TV18

Q: One-and-a-half month has already been done in this entire quarter and the company has won orders only of Rs 2,300 crore. Is the company on track to meet its order inflow guidance and are you expecting more orders to flow through in the remaining month-and-a-half?

A: It is a combination of orders from various verticals so one feels good about it. There are some other orders that have come but due to client reasons, we have not been able to go to the press for it. We will seek client permission and do that at an appropriate time. But on the concession side in the season now to win Rs 2,300 crore is significant and we are quite happy with the way things are. I think we are in line with our expectations.

Q: Can you give us more details on the orders won, for example which is the segment where the orders are won from and even whether they are domestic order or even international orders?

A: If you could see the press release, we have won orders in most of the verticals. On the transportation infrastructure business, we have secured an order of Rs 694 crore for Kannur International Airport in Kerala. This is a new airport coming up in the city of Kannur in Kerala. This is basically designing, engineering and building new taxi runway, taxiway and also other systems like drainage and retaining structures. It is on a slightly hilly area and therefore requires a lot of technical expertise. We are best placed to do that and it is good that we have won it.

On the power transmission, distribution side we have won about Rs 738 crore this season and that includes Rs 500 crore order from L&T Oman, an Oman Electricity transmission company.

We have also got significant order from Power Grid Corporation for transmission line at Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

On buildings and factory sites, we have secured a residential project in the city of Bangalore. I do not want to name the client for obvious reasons. This is nearly 15 residential towers. It's a client which is significant, which has been with us for a long time and we are doing repeat orders for this client.

On heavy civil vertical, we have an order of Rs 373 crore from the department of atomic energy for design and engineering of thermonuclear reactor component for cooling water system.
