Our guest is a 28 year old Yuvraj Kohli, a third generation restaurateur from the family that claims to have invented butter chicken and who's first Moti Mahal Restaurant was setup way back in the 1920s in New Delhi's Daryaganj precinct. Moti Mahal continues to be a landmark.
